3rd-place game bug and timezone-bug

Hi,
my first problem is that the match for 3rd place can only be played when the final was played for 1st place. Is that so wanted, because that’s rather untypical.

The second thing is that the times of the matches are different. For example, the page is at 14:57, but in the admin section, the same match is set to 12:57 (look at the screenshots).

I would have a question on the sidelines. As an admin, how do I see which teams or players are already registered in a tournament?
As a non-admin I see it directly in the tournament
