Adding custom fields and the values show up in the project

Hi I am trying to put custom fields in the submit a project page (and can do it in cpanel on the submit a project page) but I can’t get that value to show up on the project page, the standard settings are just to post the video or picture and the story text. I would like to post other text that is from the submit a project form. I have tried the basic customization cost $49 and sent a number of emails also i have sent to other email addresses but have no reply. I would really like some help on this as Ive spent weeks on it now. Any help would be great thanks
