Ajax error 403 – Help

Good afternoon,

I would like a help, one of the functions on my site is not working right, when accessing the site as common user and master admin, and clicking on create a clan the Ajax function return error 403,
I have already tried to resolve with Host server company, but they are not aware of what is happening, I can not identify the reason for the error, the same happens when I click to
Deleting the Clan as user clan owner, keep attached as images, I tried to simplify the image.

Gostaria de uma ajuda, uma das funções em meu site não esta funcionando direito, ao acessar o site como usuario comum e admim master, e clicar em criar clan a função Ajax da erro 403,
já tentei resolver junto a empresa do servidor Host, porem eles não estao sabendo o que esta havendo, não consigo identificar o motivo do erro, o mesmo acontece quando clico para
deletar o Clan como usuario dono do clan, segue em anexo as imagens, tentei simplificar na imagem.
