Basic Customization: who to contact?

I would have thought that I would get some instructions how to set up contacts with skywariors privately, however, I did not receive any confirmations nor instructions of what to do after the purchase of the template and basic customisation pack by mail.

So here I am, at the forums which I think is a bit weird, as the customisation pack involves installing and customizing the theme which on its own will require me to pass over my credentials of my host and that alone requires some privacy to begin with so whats the deal?

how do i proceed from here?
