Blackfyre Slider Setup

I have spent several days trying to make the slider work to no avail. I have read these other threads involving slider and did almost all of them and still nothing.

1. Installing as is like the demo: doesn’t show up in “theme options” and possibly was removed over time was my guess
2. I have created the page options, done the static page thing, nothing.

Can someone please describe a step by step process in installing it? Thanks
