Bootstrap tooltip and mobile version menu doesnt work

Hi,

after update of theme i have problem with jquery tooltip (which does not show)
and also mobile version of menu is not clickable anymore (it does not slide down on mobile phone, so i cannot navigate menu from phone anymore)
