I can confirm this is a bug. I can reproduce the issue by clicking request to join multiple times as a member.
As a team leader, i manually approved the multiple request one by one until it reaches 0.
The result of approving is members become 5 and in the members profile page it will display 5 result of the same team.
Please fix this issue or help tell the developers about this @zorz
