[bug-report] Lost password recovery and captha

Proved in screenshot, when uploaded the testsite for copying the ubermenu settings, i found out that when pressing password reset that there is no CAPTCHA shown. sending an email with new password wont work.

Also, sometimes the CAPTCHA gives an end results in 2 numbers, but when login with this number wont work as only one number is allowed as solution. I prefer more the newer one as well that bestwebsoft offers ( just a click ) with google options.
