Captha is frozen

The Captha on the mainpage is frozen. When an user logs into the website, they use the tab section above the theme. Sadly, the captha is frozen. as its just some kind of image instead of actually checking if you will be an robot or not.

As you know about the GDPR plugin i bought, this is not the case that the captha is not working. i deactivated it to see the effects, but the effects are still the same. The only login for me is now from the admin section.
