Clan War Results Sidebar not showing team icons

I’m having an issue where the clan war results sidebar section is not showing the team image icons. Is there a special size required for them to show up? They show up on the individual clan war match pages but not on the sidebar as shown in the theme demo.

I also have another issue where my additional games won’t show up on the sidebar tab. Only the first game that I added shows up on the tab.

Anyone know how to fix these issues?
