"create tournament" Language error

Hello, sir,

I haven’t used the theme for a long time. I’ve done all the updates, but we have a problem.

When the language of the site is changed (in Turkish), we get an error in the “Create a tournament” page. When we translate language from site settings into English, the problem is correcting 😐

It worked smoothly prior to updates (old use version: 2.4.2)
