Demo Install Issue

I tried to import the demo site I had all the plguins installed and activated but i still got a ton of issues like the uber menu didnt import properly I changed all the things it suggested and I tried it again and still get the same issues. There is like 2-3 pages worth of errors. Also each any every time I have tried importing it adds a whole bunch of stuff to our menu each time I try.
