Fatal Error Message – WePay, possibly Stripe

I had a user attempt to donate to a project and got the following screen:

When I investigated, I saw that the project creator did not have a WePay account associated with the project and the user tried to pay via WePay. I’m sure the same thing happens when trying to pay via Stripe (when the project is not associated with a Stripe account).

Is there a better message that can be displayed in this scenario? To the end user, it looked like the screen just froze and they did not understand the fatal error message at the bottom of the screen.
