First line indentation of Project Description

Hi,
I have a few questions:

1. I have an issue with the indentation of the first line of the project description on the homepage for new projects, while the indentation is not happening on the other pages. (See the project on the left – http://www.libyacrowdfunder.ly/)

How can I remove the indentation? I’ve done text-align, padding etc, however nothing changes.

2. Also, how can I change the character length of the titles which appear on the project cards?

3. When I click on a category tag and get taken to the category page, the Arabic text in the header appears as percentage signs, numbers and letters. How can I make the compatibility with Arabic?
