How to Include Slider?

Hello can some please explain how you where able to get a Hero Image installed such as the demo? It Does not have to be the same thing i just don’t know how to install something under the menu and above the Ticker News Feed?

please this would be really helpful.

PS. On a side note i had noticed that when i go to the theme options for the skywarriors theme on wordpress “Appearance > Theme options” it has an option for a header but it is not available on my home page.
