Image question

On the demo landing page there is an image about 2/3 of the way down with a yellow trophy on it and the word tournaments. The image beneath (electronic sports world cup 2016 women) contains yellow flecks and grey streaks to enhance the it, could I get these for my own project?

I don’t need the main bits of the image, the ipad/iphone etc just the yellow and grey enhancements. I am no good at making stuff like this and haven’t a clue what to google to find stuff similar :/
