Image Slider and Post Images not displaying

Hello,
I am just seeing an “img” tag where these should be on both my slider and post pages. All other images on the site appear to be working.

The slider is on the home page so just visit http://www.hydra.army to see the issue. Am i missing a setting somewhere?
