Loading/displaying issues

weve got some displaying issues with our homepage after moving from host to host. we made a full backup with duplicator and moved with it to the new host. exact databasename, exact url etc.

now when you try to go to the page it does not look like it should. you have to reload 1-5 times to get the correct imaging.

problems were detected on firefox, chrome and ie
