Lock team creation template

Hello, I would like to lock my team creation template so that my users have a set template to fill in out instead of needing to A) build their own B) include fields I do not want on team pages.

Also, when I go to create a team, it begins to load the wpbakery creator and never finishes, it will load forever with the white screen and loading bar going forever.

any help to either of these questions would be appreciated.
