[MOD] ELO Ranking For Teams

Hey guys, you may or may not have been following my slow development of the Tournament Mod, but I had to create an ELO mod for a certain part I wanted to add. So I packaged it off and made it available for users to use!

The ELO Mod creates team ranks that are updated when a match is completed. Scores will fluctuate when a team wins/loses/ties an opponent. Included is an ELO page template with all the teams ranked from top to bottom with more detailed info on the right.

Note that this was done on a completely fresh install (Blackfyre 1.9.4) and has no other mods on it.

Notes about turning on the mod: By default the mod will be off in your settings, they will be found in the Theme Options under Clan Wars. When enabling the mod for the first time be sure to press ELO_RESET, before saving your settings. Pressing the button wont reset the page or do anything else visibly, it just updates the DB table to include the ELO scores, it will also apply the default elo score so if you already have scores they will be reset to the default score.
