New User customization

Hello, all my new user who register on my site can create teams and in this they accesing WP>bakery plugin. is there posibility to manage new user. like i wanna new user only to register them selves have emails and info like in foro 1 or to join existing team
and to add by my own new teams.
question n2. is there posibility to give acces to new customers over USER > all user so when they wanna to add new team they have something like registartion form in their user interface and not over wp-bakery
