New user needs help with project

Hi all,

Just want to say that I love the theme and everything it has to offer which is why I have purchased it.

My goal here is to create an online community for Fifa and PES for Xbox One. I will go into all the detail that I will need to include so please bare with me as I am struggling to set this up on my own.

*Please note I have already imported the demo data and have reduced all my menus to a more simplistic layout for what I am needed at this moment in time. Much easier to start off small and introduce more as I get more confident.

I know how to work wordpress in terms on menus, pages and adding content etc and my basic html and css knowledge is fairly good but javascript and php no so good.

Things I need help with*

*setting up registration for my users
*Because this is xbox related adding there gamertag is a must during registration and this will be used as their username
*setting up League tables with images of each teams badge
*Each team has its on page and a list of users who currently play for that team
*Only an Administrator can place users in a manager role of a team
*Allowing only one person to manage each team and then when that person is in charge, they will then have more options added to sign players and offer contracts to others.
*Allowing managers of the teams to input results and scorers/assisters etc
*automatically updating league table and results once the managers have submitted the correct result
*Have a recent results section on the homepage of matches that have just finished (top 5 games), this updates everytime both managers have submitted the correct result
*Help setting up the forums
*adding a shoutbox on the left sidebar that displays on every page no matter where you are looking on the website. Also adding Admin and moderator colours to appropriate users.

I have built various websites through WordPress already so I understand the concept of installing plugins and using shortcodes etc on the required pages. However I have never used a theme with this much content in it before so I am a little lost at this moment. The amount of content that is here and ability to expand was to good to turn down though.

I understand this is a lot to understand but I have given myself 3-6 months to complete this project and as long as you are very patient then I am very dedicated and ready to get this up and running.
