Theme support is offered to verified customers by forum only. Support requests and solutions made by email, Skype, Envato or any other method will be redirected back to the forum.
our client would want people to be able to ask questions regarding the projects. At the moment, there is a “Comments” tab for the projects, but it seems to be visible only to people who have logged in. I would want everyone to be able to leave comments.
I have made sure to uncheck the “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” box in my general WordPress settings but it doesn’t seem to have helped. Can you help me with this?
