Please Give people a refund

I would also like a refund. I understand that you guys have a lot of work to do, but we are trying to run our own communities, some having to do with funding for our sites, and I do not want faith to be lost within our members as we wait till you are finished. There is no date for a update, there is no information told to any of us. I will repurchase if the issues have been fixed, but I’m pretty much done. I want my refund for this item. I think it would be the right thing to do considering we bought a flawed product for a good amount of money.
