Popular Posts – How to replicate this?

Hi,

Trying to feature the same layout as ‘popular posts’ on my homepage but cannot find a way of doing this.

Trying to pull in certain posts that have used the star rating so it shows in the same way but can’t find an option for this.

Any help would be appreciated.
