Problem when instal Arcane Redux and Captcha plugins

I’ve purchased Arcane Theme and I can’t install Arcane Redux and Captcha plugins. When I try to install Arcane Redux wordpress console shows this error “The package could not be decompressed. No plugins found. The installation of the plugin has failed. Plugin not activated. A higher version of Arcane redux is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”. And when I try to install Captcha “Something went wrong with the plugin API.”.
Can you help me?
