Project Tab not visible in dashboard on re-install

Dashboard project tab nowhere to be found??

I successfully install the funding press theme on one domain, and the project tab is visible and functional. However, I’ve installed the fundingpress theme in another domain name / website for sandboxing, and the project tab doesn’t seem to load. The rest of the theme seems fine. This is weird. Why is this happening? Is the installation only good on one domain?? Obviously, we can’t do crowdfunding if we can’t create a project.
