Read more and theme translation

Hello,

After posting some articles, i noticed that in the homepage in the news block we couldn’t click on the category title to access it. What code can i put so the News Block title can become a link the the category chosen, or can i put a code “See more” at the end of the block so that it redirects us to all the articles in the categories where it’s located ?

I tried translating the crystallskull.pot in french so i reuploaded it in the folder it was located to overwrite the old english version of the .pot but it didn’t change anything. When i reloaded the page the translation didn’t apply even though the file has been modified.

Where can i translate the theme, why doesn’t it work or what plugin do i have to install to translate the theme ?
