Redirect problem, Start project

Hello, I have problem. My start project “Starta insamling” redirects to homepage when user is logged in. I have replaced all files with new update except, Style.css, main.css is modified with some design changes only. When user logs in and click on “starta insamling” user gets redirected to startpage. And when user is logged in, the wordpress panel i showing, but user not admin.

Something is wrong, can you check please
