Regarding My License

The past two weeks I’ve been working non stop to make this theme work properly alongside with @Zorz help to fit the needs of my client.
However my client for some unknown reason, I assume it was a compete issue, decided to not close the deal with me, and left me hanging, so I bought one Blackfyre license to make his community.

So basically this is what happend:
1 – He saw the theme maybe 1 time, then came to me saying that he didnt wanted anymore.
2 – He didnt paid me for it at all.
3 – None of his users/viewers ever even got to saw the theme, except for 1 moderator in his channel.
4 – I hosted the files on a hosting server that only I had access.

I really love Blackfyre and I’d really hate to have to for every single client that bails on me, so heres my question:

Will I have to buy a new Blackfyre license every time a client disagree with the terms I’ve presented before we close the deal and he pays me?

Note: I’m not planning to modify this theme and sell to someone else, I’m planning on changing names/images/colors and place it on my own website as a showcase for my clients, but then if someone wants to buy my services, then I’ll buy a new license to use it.
