Registration page

Why isn’t there a way to edit the registration page? I don’t want it to say “Join Blackfyre for free today” nor do I want a picture of the two dudes in the background. I have searched far and wide in settings and everything I cannot find how to change it. Visual composer doesn’t work on the registration page either…..
