removing title text from header

Cant figure out why the title text some hide! I turned off all caching plugins cleaned cache and cdn. See picture.

I went into the main.css and found the code here

.title_wrapper .col-lg-12 h1

I added a

display: none;
When I did it in the browser inspect element program it worked fine, when I edited the file and re uploaded it it didnt work.
