Required plugin install error

I just installed the theme on my new site. I am installing the required plugins now, however, the Visual composer plugin won’t install (all the others have).
The output i get is:
Downloading install package from https://delgame.com/wp-content/themes/crystalskull/plugins/js_composer.zip…

Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

Also: The demo content from the one click install isn’t importing.

Help would be appreciated.
