Restrict all Editing to Admin

Hello,

I’m looking for some help in setting up my new website using Blackfyre.
I’m trying to figure out how to restrict any editing to solely me, unless the user is moved to a higher role.
I’m trying to make my site clan orientated still, but users only able to join a clan and post in the Forums, but not actually edit the site in any way.
I’m hoping this is possible without actually ruining to functionality of the Theme.
