Social Login system bugged now

Earlier I was facing issues with BWS captcha where a user was not able to login via Steam even after entering correct captcha. I tried different settings but of no use.

I basically wanted my users to activate their email address once after they login via steam and provide an email address. So I simply configured it in Social Login plugin in the bouncer section and configured Theme My login that way, But the system is so buggy that every time a user is trying to login from steam (Already registered user) a new email activation is being sent to the user.
