Spam Membership and Feature Request

Problem 1: to have spam memberships. Even though we use google recapta on member registration page, we are continuously receiving spam memberships. I’ve been talking about this problem before, but I want to know the current status.

Feature Request : Ability to send bulk messages to competitors and team captains who participated in the tournament. Detailed explanation: If there is a change in the tournament, it must be added to Budypress to send bulk messages to competitors or team captains. If this feature exists, the theme will be even more interesting.
