Team creation issues

1. Is there a better way to edit team info I mean without Visual editor.
2. How can i make field on team creation screen fixed. where users cant’t add move row/and columns, I just want user to be able to edit the info not change or add to the format.
I did go to Gamer role under Visual composer and I was able select where user can only edit fields but when i set Row option in Content tab to edit, all the preset team info blocks i.e. (Boxed text Block, team info block) they disappear.
3. How can i remove remove presets from Team info Block. I did select Element Preset to disable under Visual composer.
