Theme bugs

1: In safrai, the moving header tape doesn’t show (owl carousel).
2: When using ANY profile plugin that handles users profiles, the homepage user image near the author enlarges to the size of the featured image making the profile picture look like another post. (Ultimate member plugin, User Profile Picture, ETC. All of them)
3: In the main menu, the google maps plugin doesn’t work in the contact drop down.
4: the site is really slow. I can’t find a solution anywhere and my hosting provider blames the themes large amount of javascript and css files.
