Theme Edits Not Showing

Whether it’s changing the background, uploading my personalized logo, it’s not showing up. I downloaded WP Super Cache, cleared my web browser cache as well as on WP, but it’s still showing my edits.

ALSO: Is there a possibility I could have all of the features that are advertised in the CrystalSkull theme activated? It would be much easier for me to edit through all of the examples than to basically be in a sandbox mode.
