Theme support is offered to verified customers by forum only. Support requests and solutions made by email, Skype, Envato or any other method will be redirected back to the forum.
As in previous posts in support forums, there is no one
real support (just a forum) and the documentation is more like a bad joke.
I, along with a freelancer, have jointly tried to get the donation function through Stripe to work and the answers we received from support leave a lot to be desired. Now I require support as soon as possible from your its staff, that the site’s Stripe function works as promised. Documentation is among the worst that can be found about a theme it should make you feel ashamed I will add login info in a secret post
