translation problem

Hi, some of the strings are not possible to translate from file default.po/mo For example

in image slider on homepage – Next , and another breadcrumbs on the right side of pages – Home / Search:

How to translate this? I have all po/mo translated but this is without change. Other is OK but only this..

can I manually change them in php files? If yes, where are they? thank you
