Visual composer

I need help!

My VC plugin was giving me problems so I purchased it and reinstalled it now and I cannot edit any of my pages. If I try it will go to a blank white page. Secondly, I only edit my pages if I deactivate the plugin, but when I do that the tournaments won’t show, it will only show the coding.

I have a tournament live today so I don’t know what to do since I don’t want to mess it up.

The VC support team said the following:
“The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.”
