Woocommerce Background/Header Issues

Apologies for all of the support tickets I’m putting up.

I have another issue with my WooCommerce plug in though. On all web pages I’ve disabled a background colour (instead putting a picture up) and disabled the header too, but in the WoCommerce shop I want to add a plain white colour to the background and still disable the header. This is fine on other pages but not on any WooCommerce related pages. In the shop ‘edit’ menu on pages, I’ve disabled the header and put the colour as a white background but it does not change anything (even tho the colour overrides the image. Could you please help me with this?
