WordPress login/register bar

Hello all, I’ve read several post on the forum, but I can’t seem to find a solution for what is currently going on with my website.

When logged out, I can see the wordpress login/register bar at the top of the website where admin tool menu would be. When I login, the bar is not visable.

I have admin menu bar disabled in the theme settings, but when users are not logged in this wordpress login bar is still across the top of the website.

I don’t want that wordpress login bar to be visable ever. Especially to visitors who arent even logged in as members.
