Formatting Subforum Display

When creating forums as a category and adding forums under it, the main forum page lists those forums in boxes under the category as such:
SubforumName1 (1, 1), SubforumName2 (0, 0), SubforumName3 (10, 255)

Basically, it lists the subforums as a list of forums and an overview of thread/comment count, all separated by commas. While I’ve managed to remove the thread/comment counts in their entirety, I can’t manage to figure out how to remove the comma that separates the subforums.

What I’ve got now is basically this:
SubforumName1, SubforumName2, SubforumName3

What I want is:
SubforumName1 SubforumName2 SubforumName3

Given the theme, it looks odd to have the comma separating the subforums as they’re each their own box. Is it possible for me to remove the comma separator? If so, how?
