How to include Layerslider in my Home Page

Hi i’m using the Skywarrior’s Theme Oblivion and i wonder how to include the Layerslider on my Frontpage/ Homepage.

Here is the Code i’m using:
<?php if ( is_home()) echo do_shortcode(‘[layerslider id=”2″]’); ?>

it’s working but i dunno where to inlcude it, so which File do i have to open in the Editor and where to paste the Code in?
I have tryed some Hooks Plugins, but it’s not really working for me.

To be exact i want the slider between (.navbar navbar-inverse container) and (.container blog normal-page)

I hope you can help me out with my problem
