I installed demo on WordPress now cannot log in/access anything. Pretty annoyed

I’m having the most difficult time getting this to work. I have a host, domain name, an FTP client and WordPress. It seems like I run into issues non stop trying to get this thing going. So I read you can install the demo as a starting point and figured it would benefit me. Well on word press it had a part that said upload demo or somthing along those lines. After wordpress crashed I tried login on and cant and when I go to http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin it directs me to a login screen but before used to take me to wordpress control panel. I try logging in doesn’t work then on bottom it says back to blackfyre I click that and it takes me to a watererd down version of blackfyre but no content works. I’m sick in tired of facing these issues. I thought this was an “easy” thing.
