Image Properties is not working

Hi,
if I want to work with page builder and from that with “Text”. In this I will to include a picture or an image and say ok or cancel it’s to do nothing. It is not working. I must to go out complete from the back-end and can not save ore anything.
I want to upload an image and like to another page.
