Social Links going crazy!

In the admin panel,the social links won’t be saved,everytime I click on “Save all changes” the new added Links are automatically going to be deleted and replaced with a hashtag.Only the Google+ and the Twitter links are working.

But when I activate the Faceboook button and the Twitch button,the Facebook button is redirecting to the link which I typed into the Twitch field,so Facebook button redirects to my Twitch page and Twitch Button to my Homepage -_-

Deactivating all plugins and reinstalling the theme didn’t helped.
