Video Background

Just recently puchased the theme and setting it up but i am having an issue with the video background and the overlay with the dots,when viewing on firefox they are covering half of the image but when viewing on chrome the video is fully covered also the height of the container is more than the video. see screenshot below

Also iss their a way to add members to the clan without them registering
